  3) Get enough "referrals" (friends/family) to do parts 1 and 2.

  Apple announced 16GB iPhone!

  For those who haven't heard, Apple announced the latest upgrade to the iPhone. It now comes in a 16GB model, double the 8GB max that was previously offered.
  
  This is great news for buyers who held off because 8GB was just not big enough for their audio/video collection.

  Today was the opening of the Macworld Expo in San Francisco. According to Steve Jobs, 4 million iPhones have been sold:
  
  Apple Inc. has sold four million iPhones since the cellphone, which includes Internet access, videos and music, was launched in June, chief executive Steve Jobs said Tuesday.

  
  "That averages 20,000 iPhones a day," Jobs told a standing-room crowd in a cavernous room at the opening of the California company's annual Macworld Expo in San Francisco. "We are really pleased with this."

  That's a lot of iPhones. Almost had to believe they are selling 20,000 a DAY!
